Groom the white sheep
Find a Florist Sheep with Animal Grooming selected. Check the pickup for Florascent Wool. If you receive Floral Fleece, you might have found the other sheep and should find new sheep.
In a mixed group, inspect all sheeps instead of assuming the first successful groom identifies the whole herd. Walk through the available sheep one at a time and keep in mind of which ones you already groomed.

The quest includes grooming Florist Sheep for wool, but finding the named sheep is a separate story task. Having enough wool does not mean that every sheep in the field is the correct named friend.
