Why we started MapNinja and what we are building.

I started MapNinja because I struggled to find reliable location information while playing games.

I often searched online for a location or item, but couldn’t find one source with up-to-date information, clear in-game screenshots and instructions on where to look. We built MapNinja to make that information easier to find.

Why we built MapNinja

I regularly visit a gaming café to play and spend time with friends. When I need help finding something in a game, I want to find the information quickly and get back to playing.

MapNinja brings game locations together on interactive maps. You can search for locations, filter by category and mark items as found to keep track of your progress.

We curate the locations on our maps and work to keep the information up to date. We’re also working on adding clear in-game screenshots and useful directions. If something is missing or incorrect, we welcome corrections from players.

Outside of gaming

I also enjoy travelling and trying good food. When I’m not playing games, I like visiting new places and spending time with friends over a meal.
